- Add a review date, remove broken links, keep software current through the normal trusted process, and delete the library whenever requested.
- Accessibility
- Test keyboard, switch, voice, screen-reader, caption, audio-description, contrast, text-size, touch-target, and one-handed needs as relevant.
- Sustainability
- Reuse an existing device and avoid duplicating files or purchasing media the recipient already has.
- Timing
- Build during a higher-capacity session, then test it once under the conditions in which it may actually be used.
